Combine plums and water in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Sweet'N Low. Using a slotted spoon, pack an equal amount of plums into 4 hot, sterilized pint jars, leaving -inch headspace. Return liquid to boiling and pour immediately over fruit, leaving -inch headspace. Seal according to manufacturer's recommendations. Process 25 minutes in boiling water bath. Cool before serving. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
