Place chicken in large skillet. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and simmer gently 20 minutes. Turn chicken and baste with sauce. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Transfer chicken to serving platter and pour sauce over chicken.
