  • 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet’N Low 8oz. Box or 30 packets of Sweet’N Low, divided
  • ½ cup quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • Reduced calorie vanilla ice cream (optional)


Place apples in an 8” square baking dish and toss with cornstarch and the other 1 tablespoon or 15 packets of Sweet’N LowⓇ.

In a medium bowl stir together oats, flour, almonds, butter and 1 tablespoon or 15 packets Sweet’N LowⓇ, and apple pie spice. Sprinkle topping over apples.

Microwave until apples can easily be pierced with a skewer, about 10 minutes.

If desired, serve topped with a scoop of ice cream.
