Preheat oven to 375℉. Spray a 9” square baking dish with cooking spray.
In bottom of baking dish toss together peaches, peach nectar and 1 tablespoon or 15 packets of Sweet’N Low®.
In a medium bowl combine flour, remaining 2 tablespoons or 30 packets of Sweet’N Low®, baking powder and salt. Scatter mixture over peaches.
In a small bowl stir together butter and applesauce, then drizzle evenly over dry mixture. Stir peaches and topping together until there are no dry spots, then spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
Bake until browned and bubbly, 40-45 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
