  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 packets Sweet’N Low®
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 2 cups no-sugar-added, plain oat milk
  • 1 stick Mexican cinnamon
  • Oat milk based whipped cream or dairy-free whipped topping (optional)


1. In a small pot, whisk to combine cocoa, sweetener, water, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Turn heat to medium, and gradually whisk in oat milk. Add cinnamon and simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
