In 1-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and margarine. Cook on high power 1 1/2 minutes or just until chocolate turns shiny. Stir to complete melting. In medium-size bowl, stir together sugar, flour, baking powder, Sweet 'N Low and salt. Stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Beat in eggs until well blended; stir in walnuts. Turn into 8-inch square microwave safe baking dish. Cook on high power 5 to 6 minutes, or just until brownie begins to pull away from the sides, turning several times. Brownie should look moist; it firms as it cools. Do not overcook or brownies will dry out. Let cool completely; cover tightly with plastic wrap.
