Blend flour with ½ cup cold milk. Scald remaining 1 cup milk and add flour-milk mixture, Sweet'N Low, vanilla, salt, lemon juice and egg. Cook in top of double boiler, stirring until thick. Slice 1 banana into piecrust, and spread cream filling over the top. Cool. Serve within 2 hours or keep refrigerated.
