1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C and grease baking tray.
2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. Whisk sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, oats, and raisins. Stir to combine.
4. Use a teaspoon to make small scoops of the mixture, spacing them well apart on the baking tray. They will flatten out during cooking.
5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
6. Leave on the tray to cool.
