Ingredients

KNAFEH

  • 2 cups kataifi/thin seviyan
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

SYRUP

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp rose essence
  • 24g Sweet'N Low Spoon for Spoon or 12 packets Sweet’N Low

Preparation

1. Combine water, rose essence, and Sweet'N Low to create syrup.

2. Mix kataifi with syrup and then divide into 2 parts.

3. Press half of the dough firmly into a pan.

4. Add the mozzarella cheese over the dough. Apply a thin layer of heavy cream over the cheese.

5. Spread second half of dough on top and press slightly.

6. Bake fo approximately 15 minutes at 180°C.
