Dijon Yogurt Salad Dressing

(20 2-tablespoon servings)

2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 scallions, minced
5 packets Sweet 'N Lowâ granulated sugar substitute
1 teaspoon grated orange rind

In medium-size bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
Serve over lettuce or favorite salad.
